- Demolition of non recoverable site assets.
- Engineering, procurement and project management of a new bitumen plant from tanks through pumps, heat exchangers, blending manifolds and loading gantry.

- Development of feasibility proposals.
- Planning and Environmental Review.
- Design from conception to construction.
- Development of equipment specifications and managing the procurement process.
- Development of specification packages for main contracts and managing the construction phase of the project.
